Inspired by the classic Ray Bradbury novella, one can see me as the Astronaut going back in time to the Cretaceous Era, being chased by a dinosaur and hopefully avoiding the crushed butterfly changing the course of time on Earth… Part of the design development of this piece included research on the flora and fauna as much as possible to bring accuracy. A nod to the equation for time space displacement is written in the red/silver temporal distortion at forefront of art.
